Shipping policy

Orders are made within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday) after receipt of payment, then shipped via the carrier of your choice.

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, it being specified that it must be the client's residence address or any other natural person of his choice domiciled in mainland France or in the countries or departments of 'Outside sea accepted by our site.

Any address error because of the customer must be the subject of a new payment of delivery costs by the latter so that the order can be returned. Otherwise, the sale would be canceled and the amount of the order reimbursed with the exception of the shipping costs which will be lost.

Indicative delivery times are communicated to the customer when choosing the delivery mode.

All shipments are made in a well -protected package. A tracking number is communicated during the shipment.

 

Important : If the status of the follow -up given by La Poste indicates that the recipient (you), has been delivered we will consider the command as complete and closed. If a problem arises such as flight, damaged parcel and missing products, only you will have to take the procedures with the post office for spoliation and request compensation, "Foliesbijoux"Declining any responsibility in this specific case cannot be prosecuted to request or obtain any compensation.
