How to use Gua Sha?
We recommend using it once or twice a week for natural skin exfoliation. Your facial skin may become slightly red for a few minutes after the treatment, this is normal and shows that you have performed your Gua Sha massage correctly and with good pressure. To be used in conjunction with one of our massage rollers to boost your skincare routine.

Gently slide the Gua Sha along your face, maintaining light pressure and following precise, slow movements. Smooth the skin with the Gua Sha stone from the inside out and from bottom to top, adopting different angles to adapt to the contours of the face.
Repeat each movement 5 to 10 times.

The skin may turn red during gua sha massage: don't panic, this means it's working
and that blood circulation is activated ;)

Tip: Keeping your Gua sha in the fridge helps to increase the decongestant and relaxing effect upon application.

My 7-step Gua Sha massage:
1) Prepare your skin: once cleansed, generously spray a hydrating mist, then apply a few drops of organic facial oil or serum to still-damp skin. This provides perfect glide for the gua sha.
2) Neck: Smooth the skin of the neck from bottom to top
3) Jawline: Place the chin in the hollow formed by the rounded points of the gua sha, and slide it up to the ears, following the contour of the jawline.
4) Cheeks: Lift the cheeks starting from the side of the nose and moving up to the temples
5) Eye contour: Decongest the eye contour by sliding the rounded tip of the gua sha from the inner corner of the eye towards the temples. Finish by lightly massaging the temples for a relaxing effect.
6) Eyebrows: Slide the tip of the gua sha along the eyebrows up to the temples
7) Forehead: Smooth the forehead starting from the eyebrows towards the hairline.
